What do you do if you've liked your best guy friend for years and you're going on a double date.?

my best friend is guy and we have a closer relationship with each other than anyone else as well. if you are this close, bringing up the issue of you two together isn't that big of a deal. it is only awkward because it may seem like a real possibility to you both. while I don't have feelings for my best friend, he confessed he might have them for me a year or two back. we talked about it and we realized that it wasn't actually something that was going to happen but at least we talked and it was all good. though my example and experience is not the same as your situation, i believe that if you bring up your feelings it will not be a huge thing to him because you're best friends and more than likely he has at least thought about it as well. so i say go on your double date and be best friends and maybe make it seem like you two should be together since you'll probably click a lot better than ppl you barely know. then talk to him and say well maybe we should be more than friends or something like that
