Would any girl be interested in me?

Say if you are shy, nerdy bur have a good paying job but are a virgin would women find you creepy or think there is something wrong with you? I'm 29 (30 in a month) and this is the situation i'm in. Will any girl understand how some men can be like this? Its not because I'm religious, I've asked out alot of girls I thought like me but they all said i'm nice and dependable but only good as a friend (later i found out it was because of they way I am physically, i've always been unattractive and I have a scar on my face from when I was a volunteer firefighter). so will any women look past my flaws? I always try to highlight that i'm a caring, nice guy but I guess I just don't have the looks and I'm a virgin. Will I ever find someone or should i give up hope?
