Cannibal in panama city Mexico?

My teacher told me that his college roommates, roommate sister went to panama city Mexico and she met this guy and like started making out with her and he asked her to come back to his place she said no and a week later wen she came back to America she got a rash around her mouth so she went to the doctor they took tests and they said they had to call her back about so she got called back about a week later and the doctor said she had to come in to the office and she did and the police was there and they said she could only get that desies from eating human flesh she knew the guys number they caught him and they went to his house and found three half eaten dead girls in his house and she was NEXT. so if anyone has heard of that can you tell me who the cannibal was if u kno who it was.
