What are this guy's true feelings for me?

OK so 3 yrs ago i met this guy at my job where i was a sales rep. I gave him my number and he would txt me occasionally. To me he was like whatever. And then one day(months later) he comes to my job and we were kinda flirty towards each other. i didn't charge him for the service. So he walks out and comes right back and asks me to repeat his number and i asked why an he said oh its bcs i want you to have! What he didn't know is that i had already written his number down! Ok so that nite i called him and we talked for hrs and it was very exciting. from then on he would go to the store almost everyday and we would txt and talk constantly. When we finally went out for the first time we had !and the very next day he went to the store and i was really happy to see him but embarred at the same time. So we would talk and there was a time where i couldn't answer my phone bcs my BF was back from out of town! I would ask me why i couldn't answer the phone and i guess he finally came to the realization that i had a man and he still kept talking to me. Its been 3 yrs since that happened and we still talk. He does business with my neighbor and everytime he comes around i've been told that he looks around hoping to see me! He changes his number constanly and when i lose touch with him he makes sure i have his number. I asked him why he still kept seeing me if he knows i have aman and he says that i mean alot to him and that he cares for me. He oce offered to pay for my schooling. And just recently told me that he would pay for an apatment but i would have to leave my bf o behind(obviously) I am confused bcs he its hard to beleive that a hot single man could be interestd in a woman that has kids and not to mention that lives with her bf knowing that there are other fish out in the sea. I feel like im hed over heels for this guy<3
