What can i wear over or under this dress to be warm at a New York evening Wedding?

I love this dress! Good choice! As a fellow upstater, I recommend either a shawl or one of those shrug sweaters. Penny's and Macy's both have good choices. I personally opted for the shawl, just because I prefer the look. For a simple black dress, I bought a $5 shawl at H&M that was black with silver. Macy's has options in all colors, as does Penny's. As for hair, I would just wear whatever style makes you feel your best! I personally usually opt for wearing it down, with some curl. Any shoes will be acceptable with this dress. You could opt for a pair of red shoes to really make the outfit pop. I went with black pointy-toed heels. I'm not sure how far along you are, but perhaps ballet flats would work well? You can get them relatively cheap at Payless or Target. I'm sure Walmart must have them as well. Then you don't have to worry about swollen feet, or the heel. No matter what you decide, I'm sure you'll look great! I really like that dress! Have a great time!
