Calling All Texans! Where would be a nice place to live in North Eastern Texas?

I am looking to relocate into Texas. Hopefully closer to Arkansas, which is where I am currently living. I do not want to be to far away from my family and was thinking Texarkana. But I was looking for others ideas as well! I'd like it to be a little bit of a small town (60,000 ppl or less) A Hospital nearby is a must for my career. I like the country scene! (I also have a horse that will be coming with me :-)) So land is a must! I plan on moving sometime next year so annnnnnnnnnnnnny ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advanced!!!
