Pneumonia and just coughed a little blood?

I was told i had "walking pneumonia: and i was given the antibiotics and started taking them two days ago, i just woke up coughed and cleared my throat when i looked down there was a little blood in the phlegm, trying not to get worried but just wanted to know if this was normal or should i follow it up?
