How many calories are in one pumpkin seed?

Yesterday I carved a sweet Jack o' Lantern. They taste great, but for each one I break open to eat, it seems like a lot of work. I bet I'm using more calories to open each one than how many calories I'm getting by eating them. Just curious if anyone knows... How many calories are in one pumpkin seed? If it's a very small number, please use decimals or fractions... or tell me how many per 100 or whatever. Thanks.
