What happens to acceleration due to gravity as we move from poles to equator?

The earth bulges around the middle just slightly because of the centrifugal force from rotation. So sea level at the equator is slightly higher than sea level at the poles. So at the equator gravity is slightly less because you're slightly higher, So acceleration is also slightly less.
