What fluid to use in a posi rear end with limited slip?

Can I use the same gear oil that I used in the transmission? Its the gl3/gl4 from Napa recommended for Muncie's with yellow metals. The rear end is a 12 bolt 3.73 with a limited slip. Is that gear oil plus the limited slip additive right?
