Shepherds/Cottage Pie Recipe Help?

Brown your ground beef and drain. Take the drippings and make a quick pan gravy. Place the pre-made pie crust on the bottom of your baking dish. Next layer the ground beef, onions, carrots, peas and gravy in a baking dish. Prepare your mashed potatoes and cover the layers completely. Make sure your potatoes go all the way to the edges of the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese if desired at 350 until the potatoes have a nice golden crust. Enjoy!
