Can I get into a UC? should I work that minority angle?

SO I really want to get into a University of California. preferably UCLA, UC Berkely, UC Davis, or UC Irvine. I work so hard and im kinda sucky this year cause of sports. I had a gpa of 4.0 in grade 10 both semesters, grade 11 first semester 3.833 second semester 4.33 and now grade 12, im sucking i have a like 3.75 right now...but itll improve. anyways my horrible sat score is 1740. 600 in math 600 in cr 540 in writing.... im african american and was the ONLY african american on the top 40 students of my cl. im in the top 4.25% of my cl right now...could I get into atleast 2 of those universities by working that minority angle and with my gpa and sat??
