Greatness, speech?

I have to do a speech on 'greatness' for my English Litrature cl. It has to be about three minutes long, and has to include what makes something great, how it becomes great, what is great.. and basically anything to do with "greatness". I know riddiculous topic really, just wondering if anyone has any ideas? I'm abit clueless. Thanks & have a good night :)
