Bach - Suite for Cello No. 1 in G Major - Prelude for violas?

If you're looking to perform the suite authentically, I would suggest getting an edition with the original notation, in b clef. An alto clef transcription would be easier to read, but there's always something lost in a transcription. Besides, reading it from the cello part would be a good opportunity to learn b clef (and, trust me, regardless of what instrument you play, you'll need to learn all of the clefs eventually).
