A Hypothetical question about any level of Football....?

What if Team A is playing Team B and Team A has a play in which a player of Team A is running free for a long touchdown down Team B's sideline and a player on team B's sideline enters the feild of play (becoming the 12th man) to stop the said touchdown. What would happen to the play/players?
