Mive problem...please help!?

okay so my best friend and i were introduced to this guy, "doug", through a mutual friend a couple months ago. he's amazing; so nice, funny, easygoing, and just a genuine good guy. i could totally see myself with him, and we clicked instantly, but my bff has always been better with guys (she's gorgeousss) and they ended up dating. they broke up a few weeks ago and we still hang with him, and shes over him but says it would kill her if he got a new gf. thing is...im starting to like him. alot. and im pretty sure its reciprocated, but its so complicated!! any suggestions?!? thanks youuu!!
