I'm extremly upset. there's chgs to my mail by yahoo, can't view all emails, some import..need access promptly?

need yahoo cust serv answers, not other member's guesses. some emails are urgent..what is going on? please fix PROMPTLY! my email is newyearsbaby1949@yahoo.com
