Help me......my eyes looking dull and no glowness?

hai i am brahmaji 22 years old and my eyes are became dull abd lost glowness..i like to play games in my pc...4 months back i played nearly 10 hours a day for 2 months like that...i lost glow in my eyes and black circles around my eyes....and i had 0.75 sight and i am wearing spectacles also...plz suggest me u r opinions and also any doctor and suggest me diet.....plz help me......how to get glowness to my eyes.....plz help me
