Did Link ever pick up a cloak in any of the Zelda games?

It's been too long since I've played the early ones ans I don't have time to anymore. I'm asking b/c I went to the Rennasiance fest as Link and it got too cold for my skinny @##. It does look good though, and I got it worked around the scabbard/ sword
