Anyone have an idea on what this might be?

He could have hurt himself by biting, scratching, or even bumping into something. or he could just have a small cancer(Kain-Ker) sore. But just to be safe, after a few days it it starts going away then great, but if it gets worse, then I'd take him to a vet.
