AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH this is making me so mad i can't stand it help please?

ok i live with my cousin cause of school and she let me have a myspace and i love it and so i asked every time when i what to add a friend(a friend) And so i ask cause i have been getting good grades if i could add some one and she said no every time i asked and i thought family with ok to add without asking and then she checked my myspace and she saw that i added my sis and my lil cuz and she got so mad and today one of the agreements to have a myspace was that she could only know the pword so she would have to put it in so i asked her to and she says no so i asked why and she was like idk if i am going to have you delete them or do dishes (a bunch) or no email no internet for 15 days i am so pissed off right now just for that and they are close family and i can't have them as my Friend on it she is making me so mad i am ready do just start cussing right in front of her what should i do please help i don't want to do something really dum and regret it
